The hCG level in the urine is mainly 100 mIU\/ml in the first missed menstrual period and reaches 100,000 to 200,000 mIU\/ml levels in the first 3 months. The fact that hCG is seen in both urine and serum immediately after fertilization and increases rapidly in the early stages of pregnancy makes this hormone a safe and good detection material for early diagnosis of pregnancy.
